INSERVICE TRAINING. 633. The City agrees to institute inservice training for represented employees by mutual agreement. Training may include, but is not limited to, instruction that will qualify for required CE credits, certificate and license requirements as required for continued employment in the employee's current classification. Required attendance shall be considered a duty assignment for purposes of payment of salary.
INSERVICE TRAINING. 477. The SFMTA agrees to institute in service training for represented employees by mutual agreement. INSERVICE TRAINING. The District will provide a refresher course in first aid once every three years and a refresher course for CPR every other year as a part of teacher inservice training and the District shall supply the instructor for said refresher courses. In addition, a committee of the Washington County Teachers Association shall meet with the Administration of U.S.D. No. 108 in the spring of each year to make suggestions for speakers to be obtained for inservice training for the following year. The Administration and the teachers shall attempt to arrive at a mutually agreeable speaker for inservice training. Attendance by each teacher is mandatory. INSERVICE TRAINING. 10.13.1 All inservice programs shall be mutually determined by administration and staff.
INSERVICE TRAINING. All reasonable expenses associated with any training required by the Employer shall be paid for by the Employer. In addition, secretaries may be allowed one day per year (with pay) to visit another school for the purpose of observing a secretary in a comparable position. Requests must be submitted through their immediate supervisor to the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Personnel who will determine the merits of the request. His/her decision will be final in the matter.
INSERVICE TRAINING. The District agrees to provide bargaining unit employees training in concepts of safety in compliance with state and federal regulations. Such other training opportunities, as determined by the District, shall be offered to employees on a voluntary basis outside of normal working hours.

INSERVICE TRAINING. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, Winnefox Library System shall provide to MCLS, NFLS, and OWLS continuing education services:
INSERVICE TRAINING. A. The Board shall develop a comprehensive program of staff development, one part of which shall be solely for the staff development of support staff. The in-service training component shall be financed by law and will receive its fair share of the in-service money designated for that purpose, and the Board will designate such amount. In connection with in-service, travel and per diem will be established by the Board consistent with this agreement.
INSERVICE TRAINING. Two (2) bargaining unit members from each of the three (3) departments and such administrators as the Board may designate will jointly meet to discuss possible inservice programs which may be beneficial to the employees and the school district.
