Measures to be taken. (a) A Party affected by an event of Force Majeure or any combination of events shall take all reasonable measures to remove such Party's inability to fulfill its obligations hereunder with a minimum of delay.

A party affected by an event of Force Majeure shall take all reasonable measures to remove its inability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement with a minimum of delay and shall notify the other party in writing of the event concerned as soon as possible, and in any event not later than 7 (seven) Days following the occurrence of the event concerned, and shall similarly give notice of the restoration of normal conditions as soon as possible. The Parties shall take all reasonable measures to minimize the consequences of any event of the Force Majeure.
Measures to be taken. 5.4 Party affected by an event of Force Majeure shall continue to perform its obligations under the Agreement as far as is reasonably practical, and shall take all reasonable measures to minimise the consequences of any event of Force Majeure. 5.5 A Party affected by an event of Force Majeure shall notify the other Party of such event as soon as possible, and in any case not later than fourteen (14) calendar days following the occurrence of such event, providing evidence of the nature and cause of such event, and shall similarly give written notice of the restoration of normal conditions as soon as possible. 5.6 Any period within which a Party shall, pursuant to this Agreement, complete any action or task, shall be extended for a period equal to the time during which such Party was unable to perform such action as a result of Force Majeure. 5.7 During the period of their inability to perform the Services as a result of an event of Force Majeure, the UN Agency, upon instructions by the Client, shall either: (a) demobilise, in which case the UN Agency shall be reimbursed for additional costs they reasonably and necessarily incurred, and, if required by the Client, in reactivating the Services; or (b) continue with the Services to the extent reasonably possible, in which case the UN Agency shall continue to be paid under the terms of this Agreement and be reimbursed for additional costs reasonably and necessarily incurred.

If an emergency or a situation involving exceptional or otherwise unclassified hazards as defined in the Grid Codes or the EU SOGL Guideline arises, or if Xxxx believes that an emergency may reasonably be expected to arise, Xxxx may take the necessary (precautionary) measures described in the Grid Codes or EU network codes and/or guidelines, including the implementation of the system defence plan and restoration plan. The system defence plan outlines the operational procedures to be implemented in an emergency, a situation where there is a risk of a shortage, or a multiple-incident situation and also includes the disconnection plan, which, among other things, details the procedures and priorities for disconnecting Grid Users. The restoration plan includes the operational procedures for restoring the grid. The [BRP] may ask to consult the defence plan and the restoration plan. These plans may be amended at any time by Xxxx in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions. The legal and regulatory provisions in force with regard to the system defence plan and the restoration plan and any subsequent amendments thereto apply to the Parties. The [BRP] undertakes to immediately comply with all measures, as per the foregoing stipulations, of which it is notified by Xxxx by telephone and/or email in order to prevent and/or remedy emergency situations.
