Cloud Voice definition

Cloud Voice means our cloud-based business phone service.
Cloud Voice means Your Hosted PBX service including telephony services and conferencing services.
Cloud Voice means the cloud voice-based telephony service that delivers voice services to the customers IP end points connected to the Service.

Examples of Cloud Voice in a sentence

  • Secondary capabilities, such as voicemail availability, are not included in Cloud Voice Availability.

  • This may require specific Cloud Voice Services to be suspended during the maintenance period.

  • Credits are applicable only toward use of the affected Cloud Voice Service and are not convertible into cash or any type of refund.

  • Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Cloud Voice Services as defined by the plan or plans purchased or subscribed to under Your Account.

  • To request a Service Availability Credit, (a) Your Account must be in good standing with Company, (b) You must open a technical support ticket in the administrative control panel reporting an apparent Cloud Voice Service interruption within seventy-two (72) hours of the event, and (c) You must send an email or written Service Availability Credit request to the billing department in the month immediately following the month for which You are requesting a Service Availability Credit.

  • Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify You in advance of any Scheduled Maintenance that may adversely affect Your use of the Cloud Voice Services.

  • Company will calculate the Service Availability Credit based on the type of particular Cloud Voice Service for which Service Availability was below the prescribed level, the fees for the particular Cloud Voice Service and the percentage of overall individual Cloud Voice Service affected.

  • Peak flow means the maximum instantaneous rate of flow of water at a particular point resulting from a storm event.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Private Cloud System (PCS) A cloud infrastructure provisioned for exclusive use by a single organization comprising multiple consumers (e.g., business units). It may be owned, managed, and operated by the Requester, a third party, or some combination of them, and it may exist on or off premises.

  • AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.
