Updates and Maintenance. Apple may, from time to time, update the software used by the Service. These updates could include bug fixes, feature enhancements or improvements, or entirely new versions of the Software. In some cases, such updates may be required to continue Your use of the Service or to access all features of the Service. Apple is not responsible for performance or security issues resulting from Your failure to support such updates. Apple shall, from time to time, be required to perform maintenance on the Service.
