Account Management definition

Account Management means the process of assisting Traveler, Travel Coordinator or anyone at a Purchasing Entity, with issues that are not a direct result of Contractor error or negligence. Issues include credit card billing disputes and account reconciliation with credit card vendors, as well as disputes with airline, lodging, or auto rental vendors in regards to pricing and/or booking charges that were not reflected on invoice and/or itinerary, and were not conveyed to Contractor.
