Existing Plans definition

Existing Plans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6.
Existing Plans means, collectively, the Amended and Restated Sirius Satellite Radio 2003 Long-Term Stock Incentive Plan, the XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. 2007 Stock Incentive Plan, and the XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. Talent Option Plan.
Existing Plans means all Employee Benefit Plans of the relevant Person.

Existing Plans. ' means collectively, the United Air Lines, Inc. Flight Attendant Employees' Savings Plan; the United Air Lines, Inc. Management and Salaried Employees' Personal Investment Program; the United Air Lines, Inc. Union Ground Employees' Long Term Investment Program; the United Air Lines, Inc. Pilots' Directed Account Retirement Income Plan; and the Employees' Stock Purchase Plan of UAL Corporation.
Existing Plans means each of the Webloyalty Holdings, Inc. 2005 Equity Award Plan, Affinion Group Holdings, Inc. 2005 Stock Incentive Plan and the Affinion Group Holdings, Inc. 2007 Stock Award Plan, each as in effect on the date hereof.

Existing Plans means the following plans, as in effect on the Effective Date, as the same may be amended thereafter from time to time: the KeyCorp Commissioned Deferred Compensation Plan, the KeyCorp Deferred Compensation Plan, the Amended and Restated Director Deferred Compensation Plan, the KeyCorp Automatic Deferral Plan, the KeyCorp Signing Bonus Plan, the McDonald Financial Group Deferral Plan and the KeyCorp Excess 401(k) Plan.
