The Team definition

The Team means the team that is selected by Archery NZ which includes Archers and may also include Coaches, Team Manager/s, Assistant Team Manager/s or other officials selected by Archery NZ.
The Team means any person or contractor who has appointed KANGOO EXPRESS as the agent to find work on behalf of that person/contractor.

The Team is granted exclusive use of fences surrounding the baseball facility for the purpose of placing advertising signs. Advertising Signs may not be affixed to the grandstand building. All signs will be constructed of material that will not cause damage to the fences and shall be maintained by “The Team”. The City shall review and approve all signs before they are erected. Signs that are considered to be obscene or make any reference to alcohol or tobacco products will not be allowed “The Team” assumes the responsibility of securing the signs to the fences and maintenance of the signs. Installation shall be made after June 1 and removal of all signs shall be by August 31st of each year this contract is in effect. “The Team” shall be responsible for any damage to the fences used in conjunction with the placement of these signs and all funds generated from displaying of these signs shall remain the sole property of “The Team”.
The Team means a limited liability company owning and providing a professional baseball team.

Related to The Team

  • IEP Team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.
