Rent Payment means the amount payable by Lessee for the Assets as specified in the applicable Schedule.

Rent Payment means some portion of the total contractual obligation of the lease contract. Typically, the tenant will elect for this to be monthly, but may elect for a quarterly, semi-annual or annual payment.
