Rent Payment definition

Rent Payment means a payment of Rent.
Rent Payment. The Lease shall pay the Lessor an annual rental of $0.00 [Insert numeric text here], payable at the rate of $0.00 [Insert numeric text here], per month in advance. Rent for part of a month shall be prorated. Rent Payment means the date set out in Schedule 1.
