Superior Lease definition

Superior Lease means the document which sets out the obligations your Landlord has made to their Superior Landlord. The promises contained in this Superior Lease will bind the Tenant if they have prior knowledge of those promises.
Superior Lease shall have the meaning given such term in Section 20.2.

  • If the date of expiration of any Superior Lease shall be the same day as the Expiration Date, the Term shall end and expire twelve (12) hours prior to the expiration of the Superior Lease.

  • This clause shall be self-operative and no further instrument of subordination shall be required to make the interest of any lessor under a Superior Lease, or trustee or mortgagee of a Mortgage superior to the interest of Tenant hereunder.

  • Any lease to which this Lease is subject and subordinate is herein called “Superior Lease” and the lessor of a Superior Lease or its successor in interest, at the time referred to, is herein called “Superior Lessor”; and any mortgage to which this Lease is subject and subordinate, is herein called “Superior Mortgage” and the holder of a Superior Mortgage is herein called “Superior Mortgagee”.

Superior Lease means the lease (if any) under which the Landlord holds the Property.
