Base Rental definition

Base Rental means the amount of rent due to Landlord per square foot for the first year of the Term. Base Rental for the first year of Term shall be $24 per square foot for the building and $7.50 per square foot for the drive thru at the Premises.   • Base Rental is required to be deposited with the Delivery and Paying Agent, as agent for the Trustee, on each October 1, January 1, April 1 and July 1, for application to the Base Rental Account established pursuant to the Trust Agreement.
