Base Rental definition

Base Rental. The total sum of $247,500.00 payable to Lessor at 901 St. Louis Street, Suite 106, Springfield, Missouri 65806, or sucx xxxxx xxxxx xx xxx xx xxxxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxx xx Xxxxxx xx xxiting, shall be due and payable in equal monthly installments of $6,875.00 in advance and without demand or offset on the first day of each calendar month during the Lease Term or any renewal period hereof; the first of such installments shall be paid on the date hereof. If Lessee's occupancy under this Agreement commences on any day other than the first day of a calendar month, then a prorata portion of the Base Rental applicable to the partial first month of occupancy shall be paid on or before the first day of occupancy and shall be in addition to the total Base Rental set forth above.
Base Rental means the sum of Seven Hundred Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Eight and NO/100 Dollars ($719,268.00), payable by Tenant to Landlord in sixty (60) monthly installments as follows:

Examples of Base Rental in a sentence

  • If rental rates for the equipment being used in the work are not listed in the Blue Book or otherwise readily available, the Hourly Operating Cost will be 15% of the established Hourly Base Rental Rate.

  • The Hourly Base Rental Rate for Contractor owned equipment will not exceed 1/176 of the monthly rates of the schedule shown in the Rental Rate Blue Book modified in accordance with the Rental Rate Blue Book rate adjustment tables that are current at the time the force account is authorized.

  • For portions of a rental period beyond one or more full Base Periods, rental shall be calculated by the fractional period multiplied by the Base Rental rate.

Base Rental means the amount of rent due to Landlord per square foot for the first year of the Term.
