Section 5.1. 24 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for negotiation between the District and the 25 Association are matters relating to or affecting wages, hours, grievance procedures and general working 26 conditions of employees in the bargaining unit subject to this Agreement.
Section 5.1. 35 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for consultation and negotiation between the 36 District and the Association are policies, programs, and procedures relating to or affecting hours, 37 wages, grievance procedures and general working conditions of employees in the bargaining unit 38 subject to this Agreement.
Section 5.1. 24 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for consultation and negotiation between the 25 District and the Association are those affecting hours, wages and working conditions of employees in 26 the bargaining unit subject to this Agreement.
Section 5.1. 6 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for negotiations between the District and the 7 Association are hours, wages, grievance procedures and general working conditions in the bargaining 8 unit subject to this Association.
Section 5.1. 33 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for consultation and negotiation between the District and 34 the Association are policies, programs, and procedures relating to or affecting hours, wages, grievance 35 procedures and general working conditions of employees in the bargaining unit subject to this Agreement. 39 A R T I C L E V I 40 41 ASSOCIATION REPRESENTATION 42 43 Section 6.1. 44 The Association representatives shall represent the Association and employees in meeting with officials of 45 the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and investigate to conclusion 46 complaints or grievances of employees on District time and thereafter advise employees of rights and 47 procedures outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving the grievances or 48 complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of action after the 49 employee has indicated that he or she does not desire to pursue a grievance. The Chapter will only be able to 1 continue the grievance after a majority vote of the Executive Board and notification to the District. They may 2 consult with the District on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.
Section 5.1. 33 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for consultation and negotiation between the 34 District and the Association are matters with respect to wages, hours, benefits, and working conditions 35 of employees subject to this Agreement.
Section 5.1. 11 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for consultation and negotiation between the 12 District and the Association are matters relating to or affecting hours, wages, working conditions and 13 grievance procedures. The District shall notify the Association of changes in personnel practices that 14 are of concern to employees within the unit.
Section 5.1. 6 The parties agree that it has been and will continue to be in their mutual interest and purpose to 7 promote systematic and effective employee-management cooperation; to confer and negotiate in good 8 faith with respect to grievance procedures and collective negotiations on personnel matters including 9 wages, hours and working conditions; promote effective methods for prompt adjustment of differences, 10 and to promote full and reasonable employee participation in such personnel areas as are within the 11 jurisdiction of the employer.
Section 5.1. Section 5.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the period at the end of clause (j) thereof and substituting “;” therefor and (ii) adding new clauses (k), (l), (m) and (n) thereto immediately following clause (j) thereof as follows:
Section 5.1. 6 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for consultation and negotiation between the District 7 and the Association are grievance procedures and collective negotiations on personnel matters including 8 wages, hours and working conditions including the school year calendar. The Association shall have the 9 right to name its representative(s) to the District’s calendar negotiating committee. The Association’s 10 representative(s) on the committee shall have rights equal to those of all other committee members.
