Change in Address. The address of any party to this Agreement may be changed by notice as follows:
Change in Address. Either Party may change its nominated physical or postal address to another physical or postal address, as the case may be, in South Africa (and not in any other country) or its contact details by giving at least fifteen (15) days' prior written notice to the other Party.
Change in Address. Such address may be changed at any time by an instrument in writing executed and acknowledged by the Contractor and delivered to the City. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to preclude or render inoperative the service of any notice, letter or other communication upon the Contractor personally.
Change in Address. Either party may, by written notice so delivered to the other, change the address to which future delivery shall be made.
Change in Address. 21.1. The Issuer and the RTA shall inform CDSL of any proposed change in the address of the Office/ Registered Office of the Issuer and the RTA as also of any change of the location of the premises where the equipment for maintenance of computerized records, back-up facilities and communication with CDSL are situated, at least thirty days before the date of such change.
Change in Address. Guarantor will not change his address or identity, structure or composition without notifying Lender of such change in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such change.
Change in Address. The Borrower shall inform BANDHAN BANK forthwith as regards any change in his address for service of notice.
Change in Address. (i) No change in the address for service howsoever brought about shall be effective or binding on the Bank unless actual notice of such change has been given to the Bank.
Change in Address. The depositor shall notify the Cooperative, any change in the address in which the Account Statements are frequently mailed. The change will be effective the next business day following the receipt of the notification by the Cooperative. The Depositor accepts that the Cooperative will not be held responsible for delays in the receipt of the Account Statement or any other notice or mail in case the change in address has not been informed.
Change in Address. Either the Corporation, the Guarantor, or the Trustee may from time to time notify the others of a change in address or facsimile number which thereafter, until changed by like notice, shall be the address or facsimile number of that party for all purposes of this Indenture.
