Safety; Security. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, or regulations pertaining to safety at the Site, including without limitation, implementation and enforcement of safety programs. The Contractor shall implement and maintain safety measures such as fencing, barricades, signs, lights and other precautions to prevent injury or death to persons or damage to property, as required or appropriate by the circumstances or the nature of the Work. The Contractor is responsible for securing the Site and Work in place or in progress (including materials/equipment/tools situated at the Site) to prevent theft, loss or damage.

Safety; Security. O&M Contractor shall be responsible for the security of the Site and the Project during the duration of the Term. In addition to the foregoing, in the event Owner believes that any O&M Contractor personnel, including any Persons engaged pursuant to Section 2.3, is violating the standards of care and performance contained in this Agreement, upon notice from Owner, O&M Contractor and Owner shall meet to discuss and mutually agree upon a resolution of such issues which may, if deemed necessary, include the removal of such O&M Contractor personnel, including any Persons engaged pursuant to Section 2.3. O&M Contractor shall promptly provide Owner with: (a) verbal notification of recordable accident(s) within twenty four (24) hours, (b) written accident reports for O.S.H.A. lost time and recordable accidents that occur at or in connection with the Project within seven

Safety; Security. The Licensee shall provide at its own cost such person or persons for watch and xxxx duty in the premises as deemed necessary and or as directed by MIL for the security and safety of the premises. Prior clearance from security agencies for watch and xxxx staff to be deployed shall be obtained by Licensee.
Safety; Security. Each resident is expected to cooperate in keeping the buildings and grounds safe for residents and guests. Resident agrees to ensure that all appliances are turned off before departing premises. When leaving for an extended period, Resident will notify University staff of how long Resident will be away. Resident also agrees to refrain from storing gasoline, cleaning solvents or other combustibles in his or her room. Resident will not use charcoal barbecues on porches, balconies or patios adjacent to buildings, as such use constitutes a potential health and/or fire hazard. Use of barbeques and/or propane grills indoors is prohibited. Resident shall ensure that no personal belongings, including but not limited to bicycles and play equipment, are left unattended in the halls, stairways, breezeways or other areas about the building.
Safety; Security. The Contractor shall execute and maintain its work so as to avoid injury or damage to any person or property. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the specifications relating to safety measures applicable in particular operations or kinds of work. In carrying out its work, the Contractor shall at all times exercise all necessary precautions for the safety of employees appropriate to the nature of the work and the conditions under which the work is to be performed, and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutory and regulatory requirements including Wisconsin Labor Code; and the U.S. Department of Transportation Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act. Safety precautions, as applicable, shall include but not be limited to: adequate life protection and life saving equipment; adequate illumination; instructions in accident prevention for all employees, such as the use of machinery guards, safe walkways, scaffolds, ladders, bridges, gang planks, confined space procedures, trenching and shoring, fall protection, and other safety devices; equipment and wearing apparel as are necessary or lawfully required to prevent accidents, injuries, or illnesses; and adequate facilities for the proper inspection and maintenance of safety measures. The Contractor shall be responsible for the safeguarding of all utilities. At least three (3) working days before beginning work, the Contractor shall call the "Diggers Hotline" Service in order to determine the location of substructures. The Contractor shall immediately notify the City of Waupun and the utility owner if he/she disturbs, disconnects, or damages any utility. In accordance with Wisconsin Labor regulations, the Contractor shall submit to the City of Waupun specific plans to show details of provisions for worker protection from caving ground during excavations of trenches of five feet or more in depth. The excavation/trench safety plan shall be submitted to and accepted by the City of Waupun prior to starting excavation. The trench safety plan shall have details showing the design of shoring, bracing, sloping or other provisions to be made for worker protection from the hazard of caving ground. If such a plan varies from the shoring system standards established by the State of Wisconsin, a Wisconsin registered civil or structural engineer shall prepare the plan.
