Use of machinery. The Tenant shall not use any machinery on the Premises in a manner which causes or may cause:
13.4.1 any damage to the fabric of the Building or any strain on the structure of the Building beyond that which it is designed to bear; or
13.4.2 any undue noise, vibration or other inconvenience to the Landlord or any superior landlord or other occupiers of the Building or of any adjoining property.

Tenants shall not use in the Building any machines, other than standard office machines such as typewriters, computers, calculators, copying machines and similar machines without the prior written approval of Lessor. Tenant shall not cause improper noises, vibrations, or odors within the Building.

Use of machinery. Licensee shall not, without the written consent of Operator, put up or operate any engine or motor or machinery on the premises or use oils, burning fluids, camphene, kerosene, naphtha or gasoline for either mechanical or other purposes or any other agent than gas or electricity for illuminating the demised premises. All decorative materials must be flameproof before the same will be allowed in the buildings and should have written verification of such flameproof treatment or qualities.

Use of machinery. Renter agrees to use the Machinery in a safe and proper manner, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. Renter acknowledges that they have received proper instruction on the use and operation of the Machinery and that they are competent to operate it safely.
