Use of machinery. The Tenant shall not use any machinery on the Premises in a manner which causes or may cause: 13.4.1 any damage to the fabric of the Building or any strain on the structure of the Building beyond that which it is designed to bear; or 13.4.2 any undue noise, vibration or other inconvenience to the Landlord or any superior landlord or other occupiers of the Building or of any adjoining property.

All decorative materials must be flameproof before the same will be allowed in the buildings and should have written verification of such flameproof treatment or qualities.
