Buyer shall provide all means appropriate to train and protest all employees, agents, and third parties from injury which may result from transportation, use, processing, incorporation into other goods or disposal of the Products. Buyer shall strictly comply with all laws and regulations affecting the Products or Buyer's sale or use thereof, including, without limitation, laws relating to product liability, protection of the environment and employee safety.
