Administrator. The Trustees may in their discretion from time to time enter into one or more contracts whereby the other party or parties shall undertake to furnish the Trust with administrative services. The contract or contracts shall be on such terms and conditions as the Trustees may in their discretion determine.
Administrator. The Administrator is authorized to execute on behalf of the Trust all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions as it shall be the duty of the Trust to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to this Agreement and the Basic Documents. Upon written request, the Trustee shall execute and deliver to the Administrator a power of attorney appointing the Administrator its agent and attorney-in-fact to execute all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions.
Administrator. 20 9. Provide written notice of termination of services to each Client being served under this 21 Agreement, within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of termination notice. A copy of the notice of 22 termination of services must also be provided to ADMINISTRATOR within the fifteen (15) calendars 23 day period.
Administrator. The Trustees may in their discretion from time to time authorize the Trust to enter into one or more administration agreements, whereby the other party to such agreement shall undertake to furnish to the Trust or a Series or a Class thereof such administrative facilities and services and such other facilities and services, if any, as the Trustees consider desirable and all upon such terms and conditions as the Trustees may in their discretion determine. The Trustees may also authorize the Trust to employ or authorize the Administrator to employ one or more sub-administrators from time to time to perform such of the acts and services of the Administrator and upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the Administrator and such sub-administrator and approved by the Trustees.
Administrator. Notwithstanding the above, this term does not include part-time or per-diem 33 employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents, and other persons who are not reasonably expected to 34 work more than one hundred sixty (160) hours per year; except that any such individuals shall become 35 Covered Individuals at the point when they work more than one hundred sixty (160) hours during the 36 calendar year. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all Covered Individuals relative to this Agreement are 37 made aware of ADMINISTRATOR’s Compliance Program, Code of Conduct and related policies and 1 procedures (or CONTRACTOR’s own compliance program, code of conduct and related policies and 2 procedures if CONTRACTOR has elected to use its own).
Administrator. 11 G. The rights and remedies of COUNTY provided in this Termination Paragraph shall not be 12 exclusive, and are in addition to any other rights and remedies provided by law or under this Agreement. 13
