Examples of Person or Persons in a sentence
If any provision held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable only as to a particular Person or Persons and/or under any particular circumstance or circumstances, such provision will be ineffective only with respect to such particular Person or Persons and/or under such particular circumstance or circumstances, as the case may be.
This Agreement is made for the sole benefit of the PMN Agent, each Purchase Money Notes Guarantor, the other Secured Parties, and the Grantors and their respective successors and permitted assigns, and no other Person or Persons (including Borrowers, Obligors, or any co-lender or other Person with any interest in or liability under any of the Assets) will have any rights or remedies pursuant to or by reason of this Agreement.
The Member may delegate to any Person or Persons any of the powers and authority vested in it hereunder, and may engage such Person or Persons to provide administrative, compliance, technological and accounting services to the Company, on such terms and conditions as it may consider appropriate.
Set forth on Schedule 3.12(b) is a complete and correct list, as of the Effective Date, of all Investments (other than Investments of the types referred to in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (g) of Section 6.04) held by the Borrower or any of the Subsidiary Guarantors in any Person on the Effective Date and, for each such Investment, (x) the identity of the Person or Persons holding such Investment and (y) the nature of such Investment.
A reasonable time as determined by the Member (or the Person or Persons carrying out the liquidation) not to exceed eighteen (18) months shall be allowed for the orderly liquidation of the assets of the Company and the discharge of liabilities to the creditors so as to minimize any losses attendant upon dissolution.
