DIGGERS HOTLINE. Carrier shall become a member of Wisconsin’s one-call network, Diggers Hotline. Carrier shall be aware that WisDOT does not have all of its facilities mapped by Diggers Hotline at this time. Carrier and its contractors shall call each highway district office at least 72 hours prior to excavating on WisDOT right-of-way and a representative shall come out to the site and xxxx WisDOT’s facilities. When crossing WisDOT facilities with its own facility, Carrier shall expose WisDOT’s facility and determine its vertical location before commencing installation of Carrier’s facility.
DIGGERS HOTLINE. A. LESSEE shall be responsible for contacting Diggers Hotline and/or other utility line locator agencies to locate all utility lines on the rented PREMISES (as defined in Section 1 - PREMISES) if LESSEE, its vendors, agents, servants or employees shall be inserting into the ground tent stakes, posts, poles, or other below grade appurtenances. Failure of LESSEE to locate utility lines shall obligate LESSEE to repair or replace any damaged utility line at LESSEE'S sole expense and to reimburse LESSOR for any lost revenue or damages of any kind.

Grantee shall at least 3 working days prior to the maintenance, reconstruction, repair or replacement of said Water Main System I order to determine the location or utilities within Grantor’s said lands and the applicable clearance requirements for work performed in proximity to such facilities.
DIGGERS HOTLINE. (a) The Village shall respond on its behalf and on behalf of the Village for any Digger’s Hotline requests that relate to the Telecommunications Duct System.

DIGGERS HOTLINE. If a tent is to be erected or any type of stake driven into the ground, Xxxxxx’s Hotline must be called by the renter as to locate underground services. The facility renter is responsible for any damage and repair costs should they occur.
DIGGERS HOTLINE. Whichever Partner maintains the facilities (or both if both maintain) shall become a member of Wisconsin’s one-call network, Diggers Hotline, if it is not already a member.
DIGGERS HOTLINE. The DEVELOPER shall become a member of Diggers Hotline and provide evidence such membership to the Municipality Clerk before commencing any land disturbing activities on the Subject Lands. The DEVELOPER shall maintain said membership until all subsurface improvements required under Section I have received final acceptance from the Municipality as provided in Section III.
