Security of the Site Sample Clauses

Security of the Site. Unless otherwise stated In the Particular Conditions: (a) the Contractor shall be responsible for keeping unauthorised persons off the Site, and (b) authorised persons shall be limited to the Contractor's Personnel and the Employer's Personnel; and to any other personnel notified to the Contractor, by the Employer or the Engineer, as authorised personnel of the Employer's other contractors on the Site.

Security of the Site. Storage and Related Matters. Contractor shall warehouse or otherwise provide appropriate temporary construction storage for all Equipment at or in the vicinity of the Site. Contractor shall be responsible for the proper security of all of the Work and Equipment on the Site and for the proper provision of temporary roadways and footways on the Site as necessary to secure the Work. All Equipment that is stored at a location other than the Site shall be segregated from other goods and Contractor shall be responsible for the security and protection of all Equipment stored or warehoused off the Site. Contractor shall notify Owner of the location of such Equipment from time to time.
