Reporting Late. Any employee who for good reason is unable to report for work at the specified time shall at the Supervisor's discretion be allowed to commence work 15, 30, or 60 minutes late.

Reporting Late. (a) An Operator reporting late may be used on any assignment including Report. An Operator shall forfeit seniority rights for the day but shall be used on assignments open after a choice has been made by persons on Report. (b) Persons assigned as Report shall be given first selection of assignment, selection to be made by 9:00 a.m. (c) In all cases, selection shall be governed by the payment of overtime involved.

Reporting Late. Any employee who reports late or leaves early from his/her shift will have the determination of whether he/she worked an overlapping shift, or a regular shift made on the basis of the actual hours worked.

Employees shall be 62 in proper uniform and have turnout gear on or near assigned apparatus by 0700 hours. 63 Penalties for inadvertent tardiness will be assessed as listed below. Officers in charge 64 are duly obligated to advise the ranking Officer at headquarters of violations of these 65 punctuality rules.

Reporting Late. Absent extenuating circumstances acceptable to the Employer, employees who report to work more than twenty (20) minutes late without previous notice to, and permission given by, the Superintendent of Schools or Supervisor will not be permitted to work and will forfeit that day’s pay.

Lists will be posted annually (or more often) permitting choice of shifts on a seniority basis, competency considered. The wages of four (4) Union Representatives will be paid by the Employer for the purpose of participating in and operating duty sign-ups. The basis of payment for the Representatives will be nine (9) hours at straight-time.

Reporting Late. An employee reporting late (tardy) will not be permitted to work beyond the end of his/her regularly scheduled shift unless an overtime requirement exists and he/she would properly be scheduled to work.
