Monthly Reporting. Within twenty (20) calendar days following the end of each calendar month, commencing with the first calendar month in which the TLD is delegated in the root zone, Registry Operator shall deliver to ICANN reports in the format set forth in Specification 3 attached hereto (“Specification 3”); provided, however, that if the TLD is delegated in the root zone after the fifteenth (15th) calendar day of the calendar month, Registry Operator may defer the delivery of the reports for such first calendar month and instead deliver to ICANN such month’s reports no later than the time that Registry Operator is required to deliver the reports for the immediately following calendar month. Registry Operator must include in the Per-Registrar Transactions Report any domain name created during pre-delegation testing that has not been deleted as of the time of delegation (notably but not limited to domains registered by Registrar IDs 9995 and/or 9996).

Due to the ending of the COUNTY’S fiscal year, reports for the month of September are due on or before October 10th for reimbursement payment.

Number of trainers who left the MHFA program; 2. Number of active trainers; and 3. Number trained by: a. LMHA/LBHA region; b. University or school district; and c. Category of personnel.
Monthly Reporting. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Servicing Agreement, with respect to the Mortgage Loans, not later than the tenth calendar day of each month (or if such tenth calendar day is not a Business Day, the immediately succeeding Business Day), the Servicer shall furnish to the Master Servicer (i)(a) monthly loan data in the format set forth in Exhibit B hereto (or in such other format mutually agreed upon between the Servicer and the Master Servicer), (b) default loan data in the format set forth in Exhibit C hereto (or in such other format mutually agreed upon between the Servicer and the Master Servicer and (c) information regarding the realized losses and gains in the format set forth in Exhibit D hereto (or in such other format mutually agreed upon between the Servicer and the Master Servicer), in each case relating to the period ending on the last day of the preceding calendar month, (ii) all such information required pursuant to clause (i)(a) above on a magnetic tape, electronic mail, or other similar media reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer, and (iii) all supporting documentation with respect to the information required under the preceding paragraph.

Monthly Reporting. Within 20 days following the end of each calendar month, Registry Operator shall prepare and deliver to ICANN a report providing such data and in the format specified in Appendix 4. ICANN may audit Registry Operator's books and records relating to data contained in monthly reports from time to time upon reasonable advance written notice, provided that such audits shall not exceed one per quarter. Any such audit shall be at ICANN's cost, unless such audit shall reflect a material discrepancy or discrepancies in the data provided by Registry Operator. In the latter event, Registry Operator shall reimburse ICANN for all costs and expenses associated with such audit, which reimbursement shall be paid together with the next Registry-Level Fee payment due following the date of transmittal of the cost statement for such audit.
Monthly Reporting. Within thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar month, each Borrower shall provide, or cause Manager to provide, to Lender the following items determined on an accrual basis: (a) a calculation of the average daily rate, RevPAR and occupancy calculations and statistics for each of the Properties for the subject month; (b) Xxxxx Travel Research "STAR" reports then available; (c) monthly, and year to date operating statements prepared for such calendar month and for the trailing twelve (12) month period then ended, noting Net Operating Income, Net Cash Flow and including budgeted and last year results for the same year-to-date period and other information necessary and sufficient under GAAP to fairly represent the results of operation of each of the Properties during such calendar month, all in form reasonably satisfactory to Lender; (d) reports for FF&E and Capital Expenditure projects completed during such calendar month (including a detailed explanation for any material deviations from budget) and setting forth that all disbursements and/or withdrawals, as applicable, from the Capital Improvement Reserve and the FF&E Reserve have been made with respect to items of Capital Improvement only (as opposed to items that, in accordance with GAAP, would be included as an Operating Expense); (e) monthly and year to date detailed reports of Operating Expenses for each of the Properties, including supporting documentation satisfactory to Lender in its sole discretion for each item of Extraordinary Expense (as such term is defined in the Cash Management Agreement) for which Lender has approved a disbursement from the Cash Trap Reserve pursuant to the terms of Section 3.3(a)(v) of the Cash Management Agreement; (f) most recently available "OSI", or similar quality index, scores (including detailed information regarding criteria and thresholds); (g) prior to Securitization of the Loan, market segmentation reports for the trailing twelve (12) month period for each of the Properties; and (h) a report setting forth (i) the date of termination by Property for each Franchise Agreement that has been terminated after the Closing Date and not replaced with an Approved Franchisor, (ii) the number of Properties for which a default has occurred and has continued beyond applicable notice and grace periods under the applicable Franchise Agreement (including the percentage of the original Aggregate Allocated Loan Amount represented by such Properties), (iii) a summary report e...
