Duration of the Agreement. This Agreement shall come into effect on the day and year stated in Box 4 and shall continue until the date stated in Box 17. Thereafter it shall continue until terminated by either party giving to the other notice in writing, in which event the Agreement shall terminate upon the expiration of a period of two months from the date upon which such notice was given.

Duration of the Agreement. 22.1 The provisions of this Agreement shall be effective through June 30, 2019, except as indicated in the following. Unless the parties mutually agree to the contrary during negotiations, negotiable items will be as stated in the following.
Duration of the Agreement. The duration of this Agreement will be unlimited. However, either party may terminate the Agreement for new business at any time by giving the other a 90-day prior written notice. THE REINSURER will continue to accept new reinsurance during the 90-day period. Existing reinsurance will not be affected by the termination of this Agreement with respect to new reinsurance. Existing reinsurance will remain in force until the termination or expiry of the underlying policies on which the reinsurance is based and until THE REINSURER has fulfilled all of its obligations under this Agreement, provided that THE COMPANY continues to pay reinsurance premiums as described in the ‘PAYMENT OF REINSURANCE PREMIUMS’ section. However, existing reinsurance may be terminated in accordance with the recapture provision described in the ‘RECAPTURE’ section.
Duration of the Agreement. 29.01 This Agreement shall become effective on the 1st day of July 2020, and shall continue in effect, up to and including, the 30th day of June 2024.
Duration of the Agreement. The duration of this Agreement will be unlimited. However, the ceding company or the reinsurer may terminate the Agreement at any time by giving the other ninety days prior written notice. We will continue to accept new reinsurance during the ninety-day period. Existing reinsurance will not be affected by the termination of this Agreement for new reinsurance. Existing reinsurance will remain in force until the termination or expiry of the underlying policy on which reinsurance is based, as long as you continue to pay reinsurance premiums as shown in Article V (Reinsurance Rates and Payments.) However, we will not be liable for any claims or premium refunds, which are not reported to us within one hundred eighty days following the termination or expiry of the last cession reinsured under this Agreement.
Duration of the Agreement. 4.1. This agreement replaces any previous net appropriation agreement between the Finance Minister and the responsible Minister in respect of any of the appropriation items identified in this agreement.

This agreement shall come into effect as of the 1st day of April 2013, and shall remain in effect until the 31st day of March 2015, and thereafter from year to year unless terminated by written notice given by one of the parties to the other within a period of not more than two months, but not less than one month prior to the anniversary date. In the event that either party desires to amend the Agreement but not to terminate the same, either party may, by notice in writing not more than 90 days and not less than 30 days before the anniversary date, serve notice of the proposed amendments and both parties shall thereupon commence to negotiate in good faith with a view to arriving at an agreement on the proposed amendments and all provisions of the Agreement, other than those proposed to be amended, shall continue in full force and effect.
