Signing that agreement indicates that both the player and parent/guardian has read all the information in these notes and in the Player Agreement and agrees to ALL the conditions contained therein. Player Agreement. I understand that I may be on only one Junior Olympic USA Championship Roster at a time during the current season that begins the first weekend in February and ends after Championship Play.
