Signing that agreement indicates that both the player and parent/guardian has read all the information in these notes and in the Player Agreement and agrees to ALL the conditions contained therein. Any person (adult or child) representing Western Australia in a sporting activity such as badminton should be proud of the privilege and conduct themselves accordingly. I understand that I may be on only one Junior Olympic USA Championship Roster at a time during the current season that begins the first weekend in February and ends after Championship Play. I have elected to play with this team. If I quit this team, I will be ineligible to compete with another team this season. If the player has left and wishes to re-join the same Regional Talent Club at a later date in the same season they may do so during the December or June transfer window. Only if both Regional Talent Clubs and the player are in agreement can the player move during the December transfer window. If a player wishes to leave the Club and join another Regional Talent Club outside of the transfer windows, then they can make an appeal to The Football Association.
