  • Without prior written consent of the Club, Player will not play football or engage in activities related to football otherwise than for Club or engage in any activity other than football which may involve a significant risk of personal injury.

  • Club, Player and Agent agree that this Agreement shall be the only agreement submitted to the arbitrator referenced in Paragraph VII above.

  • Should Club and Player negotiate housing conditions upon the Player’s first arrival at the Club, Player will receive hotel accommodation for up to fourteen (14) days from the day of his arrival (not considering time when player goes to a training camp outside the team’s city).

  • If Club is in to Player for any payments due Player under this Minor League Uniform Player Contract for more than fifteen (15) days, or if Club fails for more than fifteen (15) days to perform any other obligations agreed or required to be performed by Club, Player shall be entitled to apply to the Commissioner to terminate this Minor League Uniform Player Contract.
