Standards of Behavior. Since Bargaining Unit Members act in loco parentis, they are to maintain appropriate standards of behavior. Bargaining Unit Members should provide an example of self-discipline and standards of behavior for students to emulate. Bargaining Unit Members are expected to maintain order and courtesy within the school activities in which they participate. Bargaining Unit Members must use firm authority in order to develop an atmosphere for effective learning. Bargaining Unit Members must assume personal responsibility to solve discipline problems when they arise; however, student behavior problems should be discussed with the Principal before they become serious. Bargaining Unit Members must recognize limitations in disciplinary action, meting out only those actions that can be carried out.
Standards of Behavior. The Medical Center and the Association strongly support standards of behavior in the workplace that are consistent with the mission and core values of Providence Health System and with the XXX Code of Ethics. The parties support the enforcement of these standards with respect to all Medical Center employees and contractors, including managers, providers, and bargaining unit nurses. There is an inherent value in the observance of standards of behavior that create a culture where employees feel valued and patients are attended to with the utmost care and respect. If a violation is also a violation of school rules, the consequences specified by the Student Code of Conduct or by board policy will apply in addition to any consequences specified by the organization’s standards of behavior.
Standards of Behavior. Every Xxxxxx College cheerleader must maintain an attitude of enthusiasm and cooperation with the squad members and the coaches at all functions relating to cheerleading. Working together may mean making personal sacrifices at times for the good of the whole squad and doing so with enthusiasm (i.e. going along with a majority decision),and ultimately respecting the decisions and authority of the coaches. As a representative of Xxxxxx College, the cheerleaders are expected to uphold all college policies, and State laws, while in the role of Xxxxxx College Cheerleader at home or away. Use of alcohol or drugs is not permitted while carrying out cheerleader obligations and responsibilities or while in uniform. Failure to comply with this standard will result in being removed from the squad immediately.

Standards of Behavior. All Businesses, DCA, and HWDDC agree to jointly establish a set of reasonable and non-offensive standards of behaviors for customers and patrons of the Warehouse District to be posted on-line and in Businesses in the Warehouse District. The standards of behavior will include but are not limited to statements that describe appropriate dress, offensive language, physical contact, offensive behavior, excessive alcohol consumption, and the right to refuse services. The standards of behavior shall be developed within the six months of the MOU signing as part of the quarterly Quality of Life meetings.

Standards of Behavior. Our families are representatives of EliteVBTC and League One Volleyball, and we expect our families to adhere to a high standard of behavior. Players and player families will be required to pledge their cooperation and conduct during training and the competitive season to uphold the following standards: • Encourage and demonstrate good sportsmanship and positive support for all athletes, coaches, parents, opponents, and officials at all games, practices, tournaments, and events. This includes cheering for all, staying in designated spectator areas, and keeping our facilities clean. • Acknowledge that expression of negative opinions, comments and/or statements about athletes, parents, coaches, opponents, and officials may be cause for ejection and further disciplinary action. Unsportsmanlike conduct by players and player families, including but not limited to, booing, ridiculing, taunting, refusing to shake hands, or the use of profane language or gestures is prohibited. • Support our policy to prevent minor athletes from partaking in drugs, alcohol, and tobacco products while participating in all games, practices, tournaments, and events • Respect all athletes, teammates, opponents, coaches, parents, and officials regardless of race, creed, gender, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, or ability. • Prioritize emotional and physical well-being of the athletes over the desire to win. Please inform coaches of any illness or injury that may affect the safety of the athlete or team. • Notify coaches as far in advance as possible of scheduling conflicts as to adequately prepare practice and tournament plans. I acknowledge acceptance of all of the above. I also agree to take financial responsibility for the contract that has been agreed and signed allowing athlete participation. I acknowledge that refusal to adhere to this Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary action. This may include: (a) the removal of the athlete from participation due to argument or disagreement with a coach, athlete, opponent, or official; (b) forfeiture of the athlete’s right to play for [Club], League One Volleyball, or any of its affiliate clubs at any future event; (c) temporary suspension; (d) exclusion of an athlete’s family member at practices, tournaments, and club events.
