Privacy Act 1993. Where the Customer and/or any Guarantor is an individual, the authorities under clause 11.1 are authorities or consents for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1993.
Privacy Act 1993. Skills Active respects the privacy of trainees. This privacy statement explains how we may collect, store, use and disclose personal information that you provide to us. You the trainee, authorise Skills Active staff and its agents to:
Privacy Act 1993. 12.1 The Hirer authorises the Owner to:
(a) collect, retain and use any information about the Hirer, for the purpose of assessing the Hirer’s creditworthiness or marketing products and services to the Hirer; and
(b) disclose information about the Hirer to any other credit provider or any credit reporting agency for the purposes of providing or obtaining a credit reference, debt collection or notifying a default by the Hirer.
12.2 Where the Hirer is an individual the authorities in this clause 12 are authorities or consents for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1993.
12.3 The Hirer shall have the right to request the Owner for a copy of the information about the Hirer retained by the Owner and the right to request the Hirer to correct any incorrect information about the Hirer held by the Owner.
Privacy Act 1993. 18.1 The Buyer and the Guarantor/s (if separate to the Buyer) authorises the Seller to:
(a) collect, retain and use any information about the Buyer, for the purpose of assessing the Buyer’s creditworthiness or marketing products and services to the Buyer; and
(b) to disclose information about the Buyer, whether collected by the Seller from the Buyer directly or obtained by the Seller from any other source, to any other credit provider or any credit reporting agency for the purposes of providing or obtaining a credit reference, debt collection or notifying a default by the Buyer.
18.2 Where the Buyer is an individual the authorities under (clause 18.1) are authorities or consents for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1993.
18.3 The Buyer shall have the right to request the Seller for a copy of the information about the Buyer retained by the Seller and the right to request the Seller to correct any incorrect information about the Buyer held by the Seller.
Privacy Act 1993. 13.1. If the Hirer is an individual, this clause 13.1 applies. The Owner requires personal information and will collect and hold personal information about the Hirer, principally for the purpose of evaluating the hire of equipment by the Hirer. The Hirer’s application to hire equipment may be declined or the hire terminated if the Hirer fails to provide requested personal information. The Hirer can access and seek correction of any personal information by contacting the Owner. The Hirer agrees that its personal information may be used by the Owner to advise the Hirer of the Owner’s other goods and services. The Hirer authorises the disclosure of personal information held by any other party regarding any previous hire contracts entered into by the Hirer. The Hirer agrees to the Owner releasing to other parties information regarding the Contract if the Hirer does not comply with its obligations.
13.2. The Hirer and each person who signs the Owner’s Application for Credit authorises the Owner:
13.2.1. to collect, retain and use information about the Hirer or such other signatory from any person for the purpose of assessing the Hirer’s or such other signatory’s creditworthiness;
13.2.2. to disclose information about the Hirer or such other signatory:
13.2.2.1. to any person who guarantees, or who provides insurance, or who provides any other credit support, in relation to the Hirer’s obligations to the Owner; and/or
13.2.2.2. to such persons as may be necessary or desirable to enable the Owner to exercise any rights under the Contract.
Privacy Act 1993. The Customer agrees Vortex, can retain and use personal information about the Customer for the following purposes: assessing the Customer’s creditworthiness; administering the Customer’s orders; receiving information from one or more credit reference agencies, concerning the credit history of the Customer disclosing credit-related information to, and using the credit Services of, one or more credit reference agencies, on a continuing basis at any time and entirely at its discretion concerning the Customer’s credit worthiness.
20.2 For the avoidance of doubt, all authorities given above are continuing authorities, to apply throughout the duration of the trading relationship.
20.3 The Customer if an individual has a right of access to personal information about the Customer held by Vortex and may request correction of the information.
Privacy Act 1993. 11.1 The Customer irrevocably authorises any person or company to provide Get Gas with such information as it may require in response to its credit enquiries. The Customer further irrevocably authorises Get Gas to furnish to any third party details of this Credit Application and these Terms and subsequent dealings that the Customer may have with Get Gas as a result of this Credit Application and these Terms being actioned by Get Gas. Such authorisation being required to ensure compliance with the Privacy Act 1993.
11.2 The Customer may at any time access and correct its personal information held by the Get Gas.
Privacy Act 1993. 5.1 The Customer authorises ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ to collect, retain, and use personal information about the Customer (including the information collected in this document) for the following purposes only:
(a) Assessing the Customer's creditworthiness.
(b) disclosing to a third party details of this application and any subsequent dealings it may have with ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ for the purpose of recovering amounts payable by the Customer and providing credit references.
(c) marketing goods and services provided by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ to the Customer.
5.2 The Customer, if an individual, has a right of access to information about the Customer held by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. The Customer may request correction of that information and may require that the request be stored with that information. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ may charge reasonable costs for providing access to that information.
Privacy Act 1993. 13.1 The Hirer and any Guarantor authorises Tool Hire Taranaki to col- lect, retain, disclose to any person and use any information about the Hirer and any Guarantor, for the purpose of assessing the Hirer’s or Guarantor’s creditworthiness, enforcing any rights under these terms and conditions or marketing the Equipment provided by Tool Hire Ta- ranaki to any other party. The Hirer or Guarantor has the right to access personal information (as defined in the Privacy Act) held by Tool Hire Taranaki and request corrections of any errors in that information.
Privacy Act 1993. 12.1 The Hirer authorises the Owner or the Owner’s agent to:
(a) access, collect, retain and use any information about the Hirer;
(i) (including any overdue fines balance information held by the Ministry of Justice) for the purpose of assessing the Hirer’s creditworthiness; or
(ii) for the purpose of marketing products and services to the Hirer.
(b) disclose information about the Hirer, whether collected by the Owner from the Hirer directly or obtained by the Owner from any other source, to any other credit provider or any credit reporting agency for the purposes of providing or obtaining a credit reference, debt collection or notifying a default by the Hirer.
12.2 Where the Hirer is an individual the authorities under clause 12.1 are authorities or consents for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1993.
12.3 The Hirer shall have the right to request the Owner for a copy of the information about the Hirer retained by the Owner and the right to request the Owner to correct any incorrect information about the Hirer held by the Owner.
