End User Agreement. If Eligible Users are required by Contractor to sign an End User Agreement before participating in this Contract, then a copy of the End User Agreement must be attached to this Contract. The term of the End User Agreement shall not exceed the term of this Contract, and the End User Agreement will automatically terminate upon the completion or termination of this Contract. An End User Agreement must reference this Contract, and may not be amended or changed unless approved in writing by the Division.
