Role of the. Arranger Except as specifically provided in the Finance Documents, the Arranger has no obligations of any kind to any other Party under or in connection with any Finance Document. 26.5 Role of the Security Agent a) The Security Agent shall not be (except as expressly provided in any Finance Document) a trustee of any Finance Party under or in connection with any Finance Document. b) The Security Agent shall hold the benefit of the Security Documents for itself and as agent on behalf of the other Finance Parties and will apply all payments and other benefits received by it under the Security Documents in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. 10127241/1 79 26.6 No fiduciary duties a) Nothing in any Finance Document constitutes the Agent, the Security Agent (except as expressly provided in any Finance Document) or the Arranger as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person. b) None of the Agent, the Security Agent nor the Arranger shall be bound to account to any Lender for any sum or the profit element of any sum received by it for its own account. 26.7 Business with the Group The Agent, the Arranger or the Security Agent may accept deposits from, lend money to and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with the Obligors or any member of the Group. 26.8 Rights and discretions a) The Agent and the Security Agent may: (i) rely on any representation, communication, notice or document believed by it to be genuine, correct and appropriately authorised; (ii) assume that: (A) any instructions received by it from the Majority Lenders, any Lenders or any group of Lenders are duly given in accordance with the terms of the Finance Documents; and (B) unless it has received notice of revocation, that those instructions have not been revoked; and (iii) rely on a certificate from any person: (A) as to any matter of fact or circumstance which might reasonably be expected to be within the knowledge of that person; or (B) to the effect that such person approves of any particular dealing, transaction, step, action or thing, as sufficient evidence that that is the case and, in the case of paragraph (A) above, may assume the truth and accuracy of that certificate. b) The Agent and the Security Agent may assume (unless it has received notice to the contrary in its capacity as agent for the Lenders) that: (i) no Default has occurred (unless it has actual knowledge of a Default arising under Clause 24.1 (Non-payment)); (ii) any right, power, authority ...

Role of the deliverable in the project This deliverable serves as an overview to the project during the final six months and is useful to the project’s participants as well as the European Commission (EC). The inputs used for this deliverable include:  D1.8: Minutes from the 4th Technical Partners Meeting;  D5.2 Integration Status Report;  D4.3 (v2): Export Evaluation Report;  D4.5 (v2): Summative Evaluation Report. This deliverable can feed into further work by:  Providing a template and example for future project reports;  Informing all other work packages about past actions and achievements;  Suggesting project achievements and successes which can act as an example for future work;  Suggesting issues which the project has dealt with and future projects can learn from.
