Contravention of a provision in the code may constitute misconduct and/ or regarded as a breach of the employee’s employment agreement and will be dealt with under the organisations Counselling and Disciplinary Action Policy.
An employee may be terminated at any time for disciplinary action, as provided in Article 7.3, "Disciplinary Action".
Intended suspension action shall be reported immediately to the Human Resources Director, and shall be taken in accordance with Article 7.3, "Disciplinary Action".
