We hold events each year targeted at Interims including our annual CIO Survey, Diversity events and round tables. They’re a fantastic way for us to network with FPBs and communicate in a less formal setting. We also hold CSR events in conjunction with our chosen charity Byte Night/Action for Children which we invite clients to. Our MI is paperless and therefore supports sustainable development and the Scottish Ministers' 'Greener Scotland' strategic objective. We produce weekly/monthly and quarterly internal MI reports to aid continuous improvement and submit bespoke monthly/quarterly/annual reports to FPBs. Reports will be submitted to the FPB CMs within 14 working days of the end of each month. We submit quarterly reports consolidating information for all FPBs to the Framework’s Strategic Contract Manager (FSCM). Informal Communication. 4 Within thirty (30) days following knowledge of the act or condition, which is the basis of the 5 grievance, the grievant may file a written grievance with either the building principal or 6 immediate supervisor with a copy to the Superintendent or designee. All employees shall have 7 the right to Association representation at each step of the grievance procedure. If an aggrieved 8 party is not represented by the Association, the Association shall have the right to be present to 9 state its views at all stages of the grievance procedure.

Sessions The Contracting Officer shall organize the initial communication session with key personnel of the project team, including Contractor's personnel and Government personnel. The initial session will be scheduled concurrent with the Pre-Performance Conference and held no later than 30 days after award and will be held at a Government provided facility as designated by the KO. The Initial Informal Communication Session will be conducted and facilitated using electronic media (video and accompanying forms) provided by Contracting Officer. The senior Government stakeholder present will lead the meeting, however, the Contractor’s PM or senior representative is encouraged to participate as co-lead.
