Key Personnel definition

Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.
Key Personnel means any Personnel designated in Section 1.031 as Key Personnel.
Key Personnel means those members identified as such of the Contractor’s Personnel in the Specification.

Examples of Key Personnel in a sentence

  • All key professional personnel, including subcontractors, engaged in performing services for the CONSULTANT under this agreement are indicated in a personnel listing attached hereto as Attachment C – Listing of Key Personnel and incorporate herein by reference.

  • No changes or substitution shall be permitted in the CONSULTANT’s Key Personnel without the prior written approval of the CITY or his designee.

  • Neither the Contractor, the Contractor’s Representatives nor the Contractor’s Key Personnel shall commit any act or do anything which might reasonably be considered: (i) to be immoral, deceptive, scandalous or obscene; or (ii) to injure, tarnish, damage or otherwise negatively affect the community and/or the reputation and goodwill associated with the City.

  • In addition to the Contractor’s Representative, the following Key Personnel of the Contractor shall be assigned to, participate in and be available to the City for the Scope of Services: Not applicable.

  • Note: The written approval of substituted A-E Key Personnel is for departmental use only and shall not be used for auditing purposes outside OC Public Works or other County department.


More Definitions of Key Personnel

Key Personnel means those persons named in the Schedule1, Appendix D.
Key Personnel means any Personnel designated in Article 1, Section 1.201 and/or Attachment B, as Key Personnel.
