Annual Reports definition

Annual Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(d).

Annual Reports means the Periodic Reports from and after the Issue Date covering each Fiscal Year of the New Health System.

For the purposes of the annual reporting, a reporting year will cover from January 1st to December 31st. Annual status reports will be due within sixty (60) days after the conclusion of that annual reporting year. The Trustees may group multiple Early Restoration Projects in a single report.
