Performance Conference. The supervisor will schedule a conference with the employee prior to May 1 of each year to discuss the evaluation in relation to the job assignment for the past evaluation period and to jointly set goals and specific objectives for the coming year. Counseling on performance issues shall be done in private.
Performance Conference.
