Public communications definition

Public communications means any material that is communicated to the public, either directly or through the media in print, broadcast or electronic form.
Public communications means any communications by or on behalf of the Company or its Subsidiaries in its SEC filings, press releases, earnings calls, analyst calls or on its website, or any other communications by or on behalf of the Company or its Subsidiaries that are publicly available, including statements made by officers of the Company to media and news outlets that are publicly disseminated.
Public communications means any communication by a Party, whether made in writing, orally or in any other form, (i) which is directed to the general public, media, analysts, investors, attendees of industry conferences or financial analyst calls or similar audiences (including press releases, statements in corporate material, on internet sites or in investor relations material and any written or oral response to media inquiries or to questions in shareholder meetings or financial analyst calls), (ii) which refers to the transaction contemplated under this Agreement (including signing of this Agreement, reach of milestones, outcome of clinical trials, Regulatory Approval and / or launch of a Licensed Product, sales figures and development of the relevant markets, but excluding, for the sake of clarity, promotional claims regarding any Licensed Cell Therapeutic and / or Licensed Product), and (iii) which does not qualify as Scientific Communication.

Public communications means (i) press releases, (ii) material to be used, displayed, presented or distributed by a Party with respect to the Licensed Product at a booth (or otherwise) at congresses, conventions and other public meetings, (iii) material to be displayed or presented by a Party with respect to the Licensed Product on an internet site, (vi) investor relations material, (v) promotional material, and (vi) other material of a similar nature intended for external dissemination.
Public communications means with respect to the Licensed Compounds, Licensed Products or this Agreement, as applicable: (i) press releases, (ii) material (other than Scientific Publications) to be used, displayed, presented or distributed by a Party with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product at a booth (or otherwise) at congresses, conventions and other public meetings (iii) material to be displayed or presented by a Party with respect to a Licensed Product on an internet site, (iv) investor relations material, (v) promotional material, and (vi) other material of a similar nature intended for external dissemination.
Public communications means communications, written or otherwise, made to or directed at members of the public relating to the Project.
