Communication Session. Administration Upon award, the Government will contact the Contractor, supported command(s), Region, and Installation(s) stakeholders, and the performance assessment team to discuss implementation of communication sessions. Commence discussions with the Contractor to select a facilitator and location that are acceptable to both entities. Replacement of Core Management Team members (stakeholders who attended the initial session and manage the contract work day-to-day) is discouraged since it will disrupt the synergy that has been developed. If replacement of a team member proves to be unavoidable, a follow-on partnering session must be held to officially turn the responsibilities of the position over to the new member. 0200000 - Management and Administration Spec Item Title Description The Core Management Team consisting of the attendees below must be present during the initial and all follow-on sessions. These are the core mandatory attendees. Other stakeholders may attend if they desire or as recommended by the Core Management Team.

  • Communications Protocol The Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the communications protocol provided for in Schedule “G” (Communications Protocol).

  • Hazard Communication Contractor will notify University prior to using products containing hazardous chemicals to which University employees may be exposed. Products containing hazardous chemicals are those products defined by Oregon Administrative Rules, Chapter 437.
