Mobilisation Phase definition

Mobilisation Phase means the period commencing on the Commencement Date and ending on the Services Commencement Date;
Mobilisation Phase has the meaning given in Schedule 15 (Project Plan);

Examples of Mobilisation Phase in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall prepare the following reports and plans at the frequency, and by the dates, specified below and in such format agreed by the parties during the Mobilisation Phase.

  • The Contractor shall enter into a Joint Education Forum partnering agreement with the Authority and the Other Contractors which shall set out the parties' agreement in relation to the content and aim of the Joint Education Forum and shall be developed by the parties during the Mobilisation Phase.

  • Accordingly, the Commercial Operation Date (the “COD”) of the Project shall be the date on which successful completion of Mobilisation Phase occurs.
