Other Staff. 6.5.2.1 The Trustees shall be responsible for the appointment and contractual management and compliance of all other staff (to include teaching and non-teaching staff) to be employed by the Academy, but may delegate all or any of these powers to the LGB as it may see fit.
Other Staff. In addition to providing safe and efficient transportation operations, Contractor shall be responsible for services which include, but are not limited to the following: ● Furnish all vehicles which meet fleet age criteria; ● Experienced dispatchers and operational staff; ● Maintenance and cleanliness of all vehicles; ● Professional supervision, both administrative and technical; and ● Field audits to monitor daily performance, records, and controls.
Other Staff. 6.5.2.1. The Directors shall be responsible for the appointment and contractual management and compliance of all other staff (to include teaching and non-teaching staff) to be employed by the Company at the Academy but may delegate all or any of these powers to the LGB as they may see fit.
Other Staff. The Board, Executive Committee or Chief Executive Officer shall provide for the appointment of such other staff as may be necessary for the administration of the Authority.
Other Staff. For all other staff, the actual hours shall be scheduled by the Employer. In such cases the Union shall be informed prior to implementation and shall be given the opportunity to make submissions.
Other Staff. The Board of Directors, Executive Committee or Chief Executive Officer shall provide for the appointment of such other staff as may be necessary for the administration of PRISM.
Other Staff. If necessary, other supporting staff, in addition to the existing staff provided by the host country, will be recruited and remunerated by the Project according to the needs of the TEM as determined by the Project Manager and approved by the Steering Committee.
