PUBLIC COMMUNICATION. Neither the Contractor nor any of its Staff shall make any statement to the press or issue through any media of communication any statement bearing on the Services performed or data collected under this Agreement, without the prior written approval of OSC.
PUBLIC COMMUNICATION. The district and Association shall support the success of our partnership by affirmatively communicating the importance of our initiatives and our partnership to our own constituencies and to the broader Northshore community.
PUBLIC COMMUNICATION. Neither the Contractor nor any of its staff will make any statement to the press or issue through any media of communication any statement bearing on the Services performed or data collected under this Agreement, without the prior written approval of OSC. No party grants to the other the right to use any of its trademarks, trade names, logos, seals, or other designations, whether in any promotion, publication, or otherwise, without the other party’s prior written consent.
PUBLIC COMMUNICATION. The Contractor shall not issue communications to the media, place advertisements, nor publicize through any means the services, goods or construction that it is providing to WMATA under this Contract, without prior written consent of the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall not publish, in print or online, any communications products such as newsletters, press releases, blogs or other communications without the Contracting Officer's prior, written consent. Approval of any such requests shall be at the Contracting Officer's sole discretion.
PUBLIC COMMUNICATION. The Company must have a program established for investor relations (IR) and public awareness (PR) with a reputable and establish firm that is commensurate for a company listed on a National Exchange. The Company must also commit to US road shows and presentations to the U.S. investment community that is commensurate for a company listed on a National Exchange.
PUBLIC COMMUNICATION. The Recipient shall not make any representations or public statements relating to or impacting upon its relationship with the Council or this Agreement, without the prior written approval of Council or as permitted under this Agreement.
PUBLIC COMMUNICATION. HCD, CCC, and SNC shall coordinate all public communications regarding the activities of the Project funded under this Agreement.
PUBLIC COMMUNICATION. Negotiations sessions shall not be open to the public. Prior to impasse, news releases, if any, shall be limited to joint releases. If impasse is reached, each party is free to communicate to the public without consent of the other.
PUBLIC COMMUNICATION. The Recipient shall update all required project information for entry into a DHS project database. Posting and updating Center and project level information is a condition for receiving further annual funding increments. Project updates follow pre-determined categories of information that must be populated at least annually.
PUBLIC COMMUNICATION. Counsel is prohibited from making public statements regarding the Services or matters in which it represents the Comptroller during the term of or after completion or termination of this Agreement. Prohibited statements include, but are not limited to: disclosing to the media any facts involving or relating to the Services without prior approval of the Comptroller’s designated representative; and, all forms of communication such as responding to telephone inquiries and/or issuing public statements or press releases. Counsel will fully cooperate with the CRF’s press office regarding requests for information and will assist in the preparation of documents relating to the Services as requested by the Comptroller’s designated representative or the Comptroller’s press office. Counsel shall not use the name of the Comptroller, the CRF or the State of New York, its officials or employees, or the seal of the State of New York or seal of the New York State Office of the State Comptroller in any manner, including but not limited to:
