Email Communications. The University and Provider recognize the Resident’s official University e-mail address as the official means of communication and will communicate important information in this manner. All notices or information will be communicated in this manner. Resident is responsible for staying current with e-mail communications.
Email Communications. Customer and ACS acknowledge that: (1) ACS and Customer may correspond or convey documentation to each other via Internet e-mail unless the other Party expressly requests otherwise, (2) neither Party has control over the performance, reliability, availability, or security of Internet e-mail, and (3) neither Party shall be liable for any loss, damage, expense, harm or inconvenience resulting from the loss, delay, interception, corruption, or alteration of any Internet e-mail due to any reason beyond such Party's reasonable control, provided that notwithstanding the foregoing, ACS and Customer both agree to adopt security measures with respect to such communications and data that are consistent with all applicable federal or state laws or regulations and that are reasonable under the circumstances and consistent with generally-accepted industry best practices.
Email Communications. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any and all email communications (both text and attachments) by or from the Trust Administrator that the Trust Administrator in its sole discretion deems to contain confidential, proprietary, and/or sensitive information shall be encrypted. The recipient (the "Email Recipient") of the email communication will be required to complete a one-time registration process. Instructions on how to register and/or retrieve an encrypted message will be included in the first secure email sent by the Trust Administrator to the Email Recipient. Email Communications. The Credit Union recommends against you forwarding any private or sensitive information to the Credit Union via email. You understand and agree that the Credit Union shall have no liability to any member for any loss, claim or damages arising or in any way related to the Credit Union’s response(s) to any e-mail or other electronic communication, which the Credit Union in good faith believe has been submitted by a member. Governing Law. This agreement, including the validity of any signatures or consents, any claim, or disputes arising hereunder shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the Laws of the State of Arizona.
Email Communications. You may transmit, and the Bank will accept communication via email of notices, files, reports, and other communications contemplated under this Agreement. Email Communications. Because standard Internet email transmissions are not secure, you agree to log into Online Banking and contact us electronically only through any secure messaging service that we may make available to you for any inquiries or requests that you may have regarding your Account(s). We cannot otherwise act on instructions sent by you from an external email address except through the secure messaging service that we make available to you through Online Banking or our website. We will not immediately receive email that you send. Therefore, you should not rely on email if you need to communicate with us immediately (for example, to request a stop payment, to report a lost or stolen ATM or debit card and/or Password, to report an unauthorized transaction from one of your Personal Deposit Accounts, or to report an error on your statement). We will not take actions based on your email requests until we actually receive your message and have a reasonable opportunity to act including but not limited to a voice call from us to you.
