The Immediate Supervisor clause defines the individual or position responsible for overseeing an employee’s work and providing direct supervision. Immediate Supervisor. The term "immediate supervisor" as used in this Article refers to the appropriate non-bargaining unit supervisory or management person to whom the employee is accountable.
Immediate Supervisor. The first (1st) District-designated supervisor or manager not within the same bargaining unit who has immediate jurisdiction over the grievant.
