Comprehensive Training. Provide comprehensive statewide training for CSA personnel including, but not limited to, new worker training, training related to new initiatives and KIDS enhancement, and other continuing training related to the IV-D Program. Training programs and curriculum shall be determined in consultation with the Child Support Training Advisory Committee (CSTAC). Child Support training materials and curriculum shall be made available to CSAs. Provision of classroom training and onsite training is subject to BCS budget limitations.

Training shall include at least four (4) hours annually focused on diversity, unintended bias, and cultural competence for serving diverse participants. Training programs and curriculum shall be determined in consultation with the County Training Workgroup. Child Support training materials shall be made available to the COUNTY. Provision of classroom training and onsite training is subject to CSD budget limitations.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers designed for travel on public roads, with a minimum, combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Comprehensive Evaluation The Comprehensive evaluation is a growth-oriented, teacher/evaluator collaborative process that requires teachers to be evaluated on the eight (8) state criteria. A teacher must complete a Comprehensive evaluation once every six (6) years. Subsequent years they will be evaluated on a Focused evaluation, unless they have received a Basic or Unsatisfactory rating on their final comprehensive summative evaluation. Then they shall continue using the Comprehensive evaluation for the following year. All teachers during their provisional status must be on the Comprehensive evaluation.

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.
