Initial Session Sample Clauses

The Initial Session clause defines the terms and conditions governing the first meeting or engagement between the parties. Typically, it outlines when and where the initial session will take place, what topics or services will be covered, and any fees or requirements associated with this first interaction. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of expectations for the initial session, helping to set the tone for the relationship and avoid misunderstandings at the outset.
