HOURS OF WORK AND CONDITIONS. 11.01 The hours of duty for all members of the S.O.P.A. shall be forty (40) hours per week.

HOURS OF WORK AND CONDITIONS. There will always be one female and one male on duty at each of the facilities. Male or female staff will not be left on their own in the facility with residents or the opposite sex unless in their professional judgement they feel comfortable with the situation. Float This position will work a forty (40) hour week in a four (4) day period with week-ends off. Statutory Holidays will be treated the same as for Residential staff. Hours of Work Cook The hours for Cook be forty (40) hours per week. Hours of Work The hours of work for the Clerical and Office employees shall fall within the period of a.m. to Monday to Friday, for a total of hours per week, hours per day. A one hour unpaid lunch period shall be provided at a time mutually agreed upon, between the employee and their Supervisor. Time worked by the Clerical employees in excess of their scheduled hours of work (as stated in 21.04) shall be considered as overtime. A Clerical employee shall be paid for overtime worked by them at one and one half (1%) times their straight-time hourly rate. Article Hours of Work Changes to Hours of The Agency agrees that any changes to the accepted hours of work in Clauses above shall be the subject of discussion between the parties. The parties agree that changes to the hours of work shall not be made or denied in an unreasonable manner.
