Section 19. 1.9. 11 The following will prevail on overnight trips:
Section 19. 1.2. 14 Paraeducators will be provided an additional fifteen (15) hours per school years for 15 collaboration. Wednesday Early Release (WER) days will be utilized for collaboration.
Section 19. In the event the parties to the Collective Agreement are unable to arrive at a solution to a grievance under Section 18, a mutually acceptable single arbitrator may be appointed to make a final decision with respect to the disposition of the grievance. If the parties cannot agree to this procedure, then Section 18 19 of the Collective Agreement shall apply.
Section 19. 7. 42 When possible, by 8:00 a.m. of the last school day of each week, all trip requests with the completed 43 information will be posted through Saturday of the following week, to allow drivers to plan for a full 44 week. Any trips posted less than five (5) calendar days prior to the trip will be printed on paper of a 45 different color. All trip requests received less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the trip departure 46 time will be placed on the hot board. Some trip requests received less than forty-eight (48) hours prior 47 to departure time will be placed on the hot board depending on the circumstances (i.e., distances, 48 number of buses needed, etc.). Section 19. 01 The parties agree that Section 19.01 of the Agreement shall be deleted in its entirety and be replaced with the following:
Section 19. 2.1. (STEP ONE – VERBAL) 13 The employee shall first discuss the grievance with his immediate supervisor. If the employee 14 wishes, he may be accompanied by an Association representative at such discussion. All 15 grievances not brought to the immediate supervisor in accordance with the preceding sentence 16 within fifteen (15) working days of the occurrence of the grievance shall be invalid and subject 17 to no further processing.
Section 19. 4. Neither party shall be compelled to comply to any provision of the Agreement which 41 conflicts with State or Federal statutes or regulations promulgated pursuant thereto. 42
Section 19. 1. 13 Temporary positions are positions of a limited duration not replacing a regular employee.
