Lead Person definition

Lead Person means the person nominated by each Party to lead on the processing of the application on behalf of the Party.
Lead Person means the person who performs the organizational tasks necessary for the operation of a charter school. Where a group of individuals shares these organizational tasks, the person designated as responsible for completion of the tasks required by these rules is the lead person.
Lead Person means an employee who under the direction of his/her manager/director may be responsible for the assigning, scheduling, and reviewing the day to day work activities and quality of work including if necessary, giving technical direction to the employees supervised. The Lead Person may be requested by the manager/director, to indicate the effectiveness of the work product of the employees supervised, and any other work that may be performed (i.e. services, repairs, etc.) on behalf of the Employer. The lead person shall provide input to the manager/director during the evaluation of an employee, however, the lead person shall not do anything more than provide input and make comments.
