Existing Conditions means the conditions as described in clause 6.4.1, a summary of which is detailed in Error! Reference source not found..
Existing Conditions means the conditions as described in paragraph D of the Background to this agreement, a summary of which is detailed in 0. Fee means the fee payable by the Council for the Services, which is to be determined and reviewed in the manner set out in Annexure B, and which is more specifically set out in each Purchase Order. More Definitions of Existing Conditions

Existing Conditions means the circumstances of the site at the time of first review of site plans or upon initial submittal of permit applications.
