As to any subsurface condition shown or indicated in the Specifications, as well as those subsurface conditions identified in Existing Conditions reports, Contractor may rely only upon the accuracy of actual reported depths, actual reported character of materials, actual reported soil types, actual reported water conditions, or actual obstructions shown or indicated to the extent provided for in Existing Conditions reports.
