Section 14. The County shall notify the Union no less than thirty (30) calendar days in advance of any proposal to change retiree health care affecting a member or former member of the bargaining unit. The County agrees to meet with the Union to discuss the proposed changes. The Union may request to bargain the proposed changes to the extent that it may impact former bargaining unit members who retired during the term of the collective bargaining agreement in affect at the time of the proposed changes. The Union shall have no standing or authority to bargain changes that affect a former member who retired prior to the collective bargaining agreement in affect at the time of the proposed change.
