For Customers.Β We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the DSP immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the TOS.
a. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the DSP.
b. All provisions of the TOS which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
c. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated herein, you further agree that Ride N Care, Inc. may, without any prior written notice, immediately suspend, terminate, discontinue and/or limit your account, and access to the DSP. The cause for such termination, discontinuance, suspension and/or limitation of access shall include, but is not limited to:
i. any breach or violation of our TOS or any other incorporated agreement, regulation and/or guideline;
ii. by way of requests from law enforcement or any other governmental agencies;
iii. the discontinuance, alteration and/or material modification to our Services, or any part thereof;
iv. unexpected technical or security issues and/or problems;
v. any extended periods of inactivity;
vi. engagement by you in any fraudulent or illegal activities; and/or
vii. the nonpayment of any Charges or associated fees that may be owed by you in connection with your Payment Account or any purchase made or authorized by you.
d. Furthermore, you herein agree that any and all terminations, suspensions, discontinuances, and or limitations of access for cause shall be made at our sole discretion and that we shall not be liable to you or any other third-party with regard to the termination of your account, and/or access to the DSP.
e. The termination of your account with RNC shall include any and/or all of the following:
i. the removal of any access to all or part of the DSP;
ii. the deletion of your password and any and all related information, files, and any such content that may be associated with or inside your account, or any part thereof; and
iii. the barring of any further use of all or part of the DSP.
For Customers.Β We may terminate your access to the Online Services if you violate these Terms of Use or Account Policies. The Online Services will not be available to you if you have not agreed to the Consent, or if you have revoked your consent. If you have a Product that allows you to individually elect to participate in electronic delivery, you may elect to do so by accessing the Online Services and agreeing to specific terms that may be applicable to that Product. If you are a Customer that is a participant in a retirement plan, and your planβs sponsor or administrator has elected electronic delivery for plan related communications and notices, you will automatically be enrolled in electronic delivery for that Product. For Customers.Β To receive a service for attracting temporary personnel (freelancers) to facilities, you must provide Eurostatus with constituent documents and a request for the type and scope of services indicating the region of service provision (specification to the level of the settlement).
For CustomersΒ using Other Software supplied by Bromcom, Help Desk shall make available to the Customer such improvements and modifications and enhancements to the Other Software as the Other Software manufacturer shall make and release from time to time and which are compatible with the version installed for the Customer and computer system on which it resides. The Customer shall have the option to install these revised releases of the Other Software, the provision of which may be subject to an additional fee payable by the Customer. Failure to install a revised/fully up-to-date release of the Other Software may delay or prevent the most efficient support of the Other Software.
