Recycled Paper. 23.1 The Contractor shall ensure that all paper used in the production of reports, documents and other materials arising out of the performance by the Contractor of their duties under this Contract consists of a minimum of sixty-per-cent recycled content of which seventy-five per cent is post-consumer waste.
Recycled Paper. CONSULTANT shall endeavor to submit all reports, correspondence, and documents related to this Agreement on recycled paper.
Recycled Paper. Insofar as is possible, Contractor shall use recycled paper for all correspondence with customers and County, Including invoices, bills, reports, and public education materials. Contractor shall state on all materials prepared with post- consumer recycled content the following: “Printed on Recycled Paper.”
Recycled Paper. When directed to provide paper documents, the recipient agrees to use recycled paper and double-sided printing for all reports which are prepared as a part of this agreement and delivered to the USEPA. This requirement does not apply to reports prepared on forms supplied by the USEPA, or to Standard Forms, which are printed on recycled paper and are available through the General Services Administration.
Recycled Paper. Contractor shall purchase and use recycled paper products with a minimum of thirty percent (30%) post-consumer recycled content for uncoated paper and ten percent (10%) post-consumer recycled content for coated paper for all services provided under this Agreement, including office administration, reports, and communications with customers. All materials prepared by Contractor for distribution to Customers shall state “Printed on Recycled Paper.”
Recycled Paper. The PERFORMING PARTY agrees that:
Recycled Paper. The Grantee agrees to use recycled paper for all reports which are prepared as a part of this Agreement and delivered to the State. This requirement does not apply to reports which are prepared on form supplied by the Federal Government. This requirement applies even when the cost of recycled paper is higher than that of virgin paper.
Recycled Paper. The Grantee shall use recycled paper for all reports which are prepared as a part of this Agreement. The Grantee shall comply with the requirements set forth in section 6002 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. (42 X.X.X § 0000.) Regulations issued under RCRA section 6002 apply to any acquisition of an item where the purchase price exceeds $10,000 or where the quantity of such items acquired in the course of the preceding fiscal year was $10,000 or more. RCRA section 6002 requires that preference be given in procurement programs to the purchase of specific products containing recycled materials identified in guidelines developed by U.S. EPA. These guidelines are listed in 40 CFR part 247.
Recycled Paper. Consistent with the County’s Board of Supervisors’ policy to reduce the amount of solid waste deposited at the County landfills, Contractor agrees to use recycled-content paper to the maximum extent possible in this project.
Recycled Paper. All reports to the City shall be on recycled paper that contains at least 50% recycled product when such paper is available at a cost of not greater than ten percent more than the cost of virgin paper, and when such paper is available at the time it is required. If recycled paper is not available the Contractor shall use white paper. Written reports or studies shall be printed on both sides of the page whenever practical.
