Modifications and Enhancements. Xxxxxx Mind may provide the Institution with Updates at its discretion. For Updates that are not provided “over the air” for automatic installation, Institution agrees that it is responsible for ensuring that all Updates are downloaded and installed (including on each Symphony Classroom AI Hub and/or Instructor Device, as applicable) in a timely manner. All Updates are deemed to be part of the Symphony Classroom Solution and subject to this Agreement.
Modifications and Enhancements. Licensee will make no efforts to reverse engineer the Software, or make any modifications or enhancements without Licensor's express written consent.
Modifications and Enhancements. (a) Pegasus reserves the right to modify or enhance the Services, and related processes and procedures, at any time in its sole discretion, provided that (i) no such modification or enhancement affects the functionality of the Services in a material adverse manner, and (ii) Pegasus provides Customer, at no charge to Customer, the same training, if any, that is provided at no charge to its other customers receiving the same modification or enhancement, but in no event less than the training provided at no charge to customers receiving the same modification or enhancement; and (iii) Customer has the right to terminate the Agreement if Customer determines that such modification or enhancement affects the functionality of the Services in a material adverse manner, or will result in additional cost to Customer. Customer agrees to cooperate and will use commercially reasonable efforts to cause all Affiliates to cooperate with Pegasus in connection with any modification or enhancement of the Services. Pegasus will provide reasonable documentation relating to enhancements or modifications to the Services. Pegasus will not be obligated to provide, maintain or support any release or version of any Service other than the then-current release or version of such Service or the release or version immediately preceding the then-current release or version.
Modifications and Enhancements. Licensee may create derivative works of, enhance and otherwise modify the Licensed Materials as set forth in the applicable Schedule. Any such permitted derivative works, enhancements and other modifications to Licensed Materials shall be owned solely and exclusively by Licensee (subject to Licensor’s rights in the underlying Licensed Materials).
Modifications and Enhancements. Phasecom will work with ADC regarding modifications to the Product reasonably required to capture business with the exclusive ADC accounts listed in Exhibit E. Phasecom will be required to maintain prioritized listing and documentation of maintenance changes, modifications and enhancements.

Qualtrics may also make modifications to the Qualtrics Service to improve and enhance the Qualtrics Service, as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion, by adding additional service options, improving the user interface and otherwise responding to its licensees’ feedback and requests. Qualtrics will make all such improvements and enhancements (including, but not limited to, error corrections, bug fixes and performance or functionality improvements) available to Licensee under the terms of this Agreement at no additional charge. Licensee may also utilize Qualtrics’ support web site to make enhancement requests and other special requests.

You agree that you are responsible for ensuring that Updates are downloaded and installed on your Instructor Device in a timely manner. All Updates are deemed to be part of the Symphony Classroom Solution and subject to these Terms.
Modifications and Enhancements. All improvements, modifications and enhancements made by Hemocare to the Donor Software, Distribution Software, the Lab Software (and the Exclusive Module when it becomes available under the Third Party Agreement) will be made available to CBC under this License Agreement without additional payments, purchase price installments, royalties or similar payments by CBC. Upon the request of CBC, Hemocare will provide such improvements, modifications and enhancements to CBC when made available to the other customers of Hemocare.
Modifications and Enhancements. Reseller may not create modifications to the Software except to build processing applications THROUGH USE OF TOOLS PROVIDED WITHIN THE SOFTWARE ITSELF ("UDMS Tools"). ANY OTHER ALTERATION OF THE SOFTWARE MAY HAVE UNFORESEEN CONSEQUENCES FOR WHICH UDMS SHALL IN NO WAY BE LIABLE. Modifications or enhancements, other than those performed using UDMS Tools, will void any warranties as set forth below. Reseller has no right or authority under this license to alter, modify or enhance the Software or to sell licenses to modified or enhanced Software, without written permission from UDMS; except that, any alteration, modification or enhancement created by the use of the UDMS Tools may be sublicensed in accordance with this Agreement.
Modifications and Enhancements. 1xxii The Operator will improve and develop the Standard Programs from time to time throughout the duration of this Agreement in response to suggestions and requests it receives from users of the Standard Programs, and in order to maintain the Standard Programs at or near the state-of-the-art in the industry ("Modifications"). The Operator shall provide such Modifications to the Client in consideration of the Client's payment of Application Support Fees. In addition, the Operator shall integrate such Modifications with Enhanced IQship (or other customize Programs), at the Client's request, and in accordance with the procedures of Section 6.
